Our system provides a secure and verifiable digital certificate linked to a verifiable identity of each wine owner, offering a new level of trust and transparency and virtually eliminating the chance of forgery
How it works:
Guaranteed bottles
Once the wine is bottled, each NFT owner is entitled to a bottle in exchange for their NFT.
Bottles with NFC tag
Each bottle is equipped with a tamper-proof NFC chip under the cap, which is linked to its own NFT. This chip can be read via an encrypted connection through our app, creating a unique digital product passport for the product that verifies its origin, authenticity and ownership.
Trading and royalties
Investors can trade their shares or bottles at any time. Each transaction generates royalties for the winemaker, ensuring ongoing benefits.
Verifiable identity to prevent forgery
To ensure the highest level of security, PROxID uses Concordium’s Layer-1 blockchain with ID-Layer to verify the identity of each investor. This third-party verification ensures that wallet IDs remain anonymous, but identities can be revealed and prosecuted in case of fraud.
This, combined with the blockchain’s immutable record of ownership and authenticity, dramatically reduces the risk of forgery.

Each registered bottle of wine gets access to an international, secure marketplace built on the blockchain. The wine can never be sold separately from the NFT on our platform and the NFT can NOT be sold separately from the bottle
After sale, the buyer can verify the bottle upon receipt by a simple scan of the NFC and then the amount is transferred to the seller.
